SECTION 1

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 325i platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically when you register an account, make your first deposit, or use any part of the 325i platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

325i reserves the right to decline registration applications or revoke user access where eligibility requirements are not met, including where false information was provided during the registration process.

SECTION 2

Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 325i platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that takes place under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 325i support team immediately.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. 325i reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification and internal compliance purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

SECTION 3

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of the 325i platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or contravenes platform rules.
  • Using third-party software, bots, or automated scripts to access or manipulate the platform in any unauthorised manner.
  • Spreading false information, impersonating others, or attempting to deceive other users or the platform.
  • Attempting to access platform systems, databases, or infrastructure without valid authorisation.
  • Transferring funds between user accounts in a manner that contradicts platform policy or for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with any third party.

Breaching any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of account balance (where linked to fraudulent activity), and appropriate legal proceedings.

SECTION 4

Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the 325i platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers and approved e-wallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policies set out in your account.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to account verification requirements. 325i reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals for security and compliance purposes.

Deposits made into your account do not accrue any interest. Any fees or transfer costs charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user. 325i is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

Users are prohibited from using credit cards or payment methods belonging to another party without authorisation. Transactions suspected of being fraudulent will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

SECTION 5

Liability Limits and Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

325i is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or system errors. 325i's maximum liability to any user in a disputed situation is limited to the net deposit amount made within the thirty days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

325i reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: detection of fraudulent activity, breach of terms of use, abuse of promotions or bonuses, or at the request of legal authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to a refund of their account balance.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through our customer support channels. Valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification and settlement process, subject to applicable conditions.

SECTION 6

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 325i platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 325i or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using any such elements without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links and Services

The 325i platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 325i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

325i reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
